Sometimes the unexpected happens and you need to cancel your event. We have cancellation policies and rain dates built into our event agreements.
Depending on the event, most will start planning at least one month in advance. For large-scale events it is not uncommon to take 12+ months to plan. Our team has also planned and scheduled celebrations on all kinds of time lines and budgets.
